A friend of mine asked one day, if I'd like to have an old Hercules randoneur.

"Sure, why not?, I replied and some days later I got a call if I'd be at home around quarter past one.

And well, there it was!

It's 2x5 drivetrain is antique, but still working fine. It's rideable but to be honest, riding longer distances is quite challenging when usually comforted by 2x11 and decently working brakes.

Just because its fun, I used it on some shorter rides and quite often in daily use riding around the city.

I also used it for the "Verkehrswende Hessen" campaign :)
